It is necessary to determine how important are the changes experienced by the pattern of economic and social development in the Popular Republic China and which are the tendencies that represent crucial elements in the process. The Chinese economy has transited from rhythms of growth of 10% average to a mo-derate rhythm of 6,7% in 2016 and this compares favorably with the 1,6% growth experienced by U.S in2016 or with 2,2% average for the period 2010-2016 of the one denominated first world power. Today China contri-butes with more than 30% to the global economic growth. A country that formerly was characterized by the strategic importance of their primary and secondary sectors today reveals a different perspective where the primary sector represents 6,5% of the GDP, the secondary one 39,4% and the tertiary has risen to 54,1%. We appreciate that the services sector already represents 50% of the GDP and has moved away from the industry in a 15%, playing a decisive role in the national economy. Only the consumption contributed with 64,6% to the growth of the Chinese GDP in 2016
