DC.Description The role of the Banking and Financial System in the implementation of monetary, financial and credit policies, in the context of the Ordering Task has led to a more in-depth analysis of the incidence of the access to the bank of society to achieve the objectives established. This term, reiterated in the rhetoric of the leadership of the Communist Party of Cuba and the Government of Cuba, is not always fully understood, being limited to a few isolated operational actions. A comparative study of the state of the access to the bank by the Cuban population, with the strategic vision of financial inclusion, and based on the measurement of indicators that aim to quantify the different dimensions or variables that guarantee their implementation, attempts to demonstrate the current inadequacies, proposing a different perspective in the process of transformations, associated with the implementation of the new Cuban economic model. El papel del Sistema Bancario y Financiero en la implementación de las políticas monetaria, financiera y crediticia, en el contexto de la Tarea Ordenamiento, ha conllevado a un análisis más profundo de la incidencia de la bancarización de la sociedad para el logro de los objetivos trazados. Este término, reiterado en la retórica de la Dirección del Partido y el Gobierno de Cuba, no siempre es comprendido en su totalidad, quedando acotado a unas pocas acciones operativas aisladas. Un estudio comparativo del estado de la bancarización de la población cubana, con la visión estratégica de Inclusión Financiera, y sobre la base de la medición de indicadores que tienen por objetivo la cuantificación de las diferentes dimensiones o variables que garantizan su implementación, intenta demostrar las carencias actuales, proponiendo una perspectiva diferente en el proceso de transformaciones, asociadas a la implementación del nuevo modelo económico cubano.
