DC.Description Cuba requiere expandir su economía a tasas superiores a las que ha venido haciendo en el último decenio. Es la asignatura pendiente del proyecto revolucionario que supera medio siglo. En este propósito las inversiones juegan un rol esencial. Su eficiencia está quedando relegada en los ritmos que se desearía y demandaría, para modificar los esquemas de reproducción económica actual y perspectivos. Con vistas a elevar los grados de eficiencia de las inversiones y la eficacia del proceso inversionista como un todo, es indispensable, entre otrasacciones, lograr que los estudios de preinversión se caractericen por la profesionalidad y cultura del detalle. Elevar la preparación de los profesionales encargados de elaborar tales estudios, es un reto en el que la academia y la sociedad toda, deben seguir apostando con mayor jerarquía Cuba requires to expand its economy to rates superiors to those that he has come him making in the last decade.
